Erika Rae Albert is a highly skilled and experienced real estate broker with nearly a decade of experience predominantly in residential sales throughout the greater Austin area. She has helped hundreds of individuals buy and sell properties in Austin, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results. Erika's passion for the industry is matched by her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. She has earned numerous awards and designations, including a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, as well as a Resort and Second Home Specialist designation, which reflect her expertise in a wide range of real estate transactions. After spending time on both coasts, Raymond officially decided to call Austin home seven years ago. Originally from Paso Robles, California he served in the Marines for 4 years before moving to New York City. He has an MBA from Syracuse University and a passion for real estate. Raymond has received multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism. He believes that the keys to a successful real estate transaction are strong communications, managing the details and getting out in front of issues.

Justin grew up in deep East Texas, and he’s always been fascinated with the real estate industry. After years of watching Million Dollar Listing, Selling Sunset and HGTV with his grandma, he always aspired to be a successful million dollar agent. Justin started his real estate career as an Executive Assistant at one of the largest real estate brokerage offices in Austin. During his time there, Justin gained invaluable experience and knowledge of the real estate industry. Working closely with top-performing agents, industry partners, and corporate staff, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the highly competitive world of real estate. Today, Justin oversees all of the back end processes that ensure the brokerage thrives.  Through this role, he makes sure marketing efforts are executed, provides administrative support, is involved with project management, and assists with agent growth programs. Justin’s passion for real estate extends beyond just the buying and selling process. He also takes an active role in the community, volunteering his time and resources to various organizations and causes. In his free time, Justin enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and exploring all that Austin has to offer.
